MS Grand Celebration was operated under charter (leased) by the Bahamas-based company "Paradise Cruise Line Operator Ltd" (formerly "Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line"), that changed ownership on December 22, 2016. Among the new company's owners are Kevin Sheehan, former CEO and President of NCLH ("Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings"), who resigned NCL in January 2015.
